Before we are able to share certain private market investment opportunities, we are required to confirm that you fall within an appropriate investor category.

Please complete the short self-certification process below. This allows us to determine whether you are eligible to receive financial promotions relating to unlisted securities, private credit, development funding or other alternative investment opportunities.

Completing this form does not commit you to invest. It simply confirms whether you are eligible to receive further information.

You should only proceed if the information you provide is accurate and true. If you are unsure, you should seek independent financial advice before continuing.

Which investor category applies to you?

High Net Worth Individual Investor Statement

You may choose to be classified as a High Net Worth Individual Investor if you meet one or both of the following conditions in the last financial year.

In the last financial year, did you have an annual income of £100,000 or more?

Income does not include one-off pension withdrawals.

In the last financial year, did you have net assets of £250,000 or more?

Net assets are total assets minus any debts you owe. Net assets do not include your home/primary residence, any loan secured on it, any equity released from it, your pension, pension withdrawals or rights under insurance contracts.

Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor Statement

You may choose to be classified as a Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor if one or more of the following conditions apply to you.

Have you worked in a professional capacity in the private equity sector, or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises, in the last two years?
Have you been the director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1.6 million in the last two years?
Have you made two or more investments in an unlisted company in the last two years?
Have you been a member of a network or syndicate of business angels for more than six months, and are you still a member?
